Ring sits within Amazon’s Device & Services business line and the EMEA PXT team are looking for a talented HR professional to take on a newly created hybrid EMEA Ring Sr. HR Business Partner with ownership of solving complex D&S people challenges. Both elements of this role will be hands on, the Sr. HRBP aspects will include improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. The HR PM aspects will require ownership to leading solutions to complex challenges globally for the non-US D&S organization. We are seeking an agile experienced Sr. HRBP who can effectively balance operating as both an Sr. HRBP and PM, which will require interaction with business leaders at all levels and leading competing and complex priorities. You will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be high judgement, have strong business acumen, proven ability to operate in ambiguous, dynamic environments and works effectively across multiple geographies.

Key job responsibilities

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior management and our COE partner teams to develop and implement talent strategies focused on global expansion and scaling.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions.
- Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
- Own developing and facilitating recommendations and leading solutions to complex challenges globally for the non-US D&S organisation.
