What you’ll do & Who you are
Reporting to the Head of Strategic GTM, you will building the internal pricing capability, driving pricing projects and insights developing structured pricing processes for us in the Real Estate and Emerging Verticals (RE/EV).
You will guide pricing and monetization improvement strategy including project implementation across all our RE/EV marketplaces.
You will lead problem identification, solution design and implementation management for high visibility and high impact pricing projects ranging from pricing opportunity assessments to driving price optimization campaigns, discount optimization, proposition bundling and pricing.
What you'll do:
- Independently guide pricing projects from problem definition, to solution design, to implementation across our markets with a defined revenue impact for us.
- Perform pricing analyses and benchmarks.
- Support new offers and go-to-market works on the pricing dimension.
- Develop and implement pricing processes: structure internally the pricing function for RE/EV to make it efficient.
- Build the pricing community and relationships with partners globally.
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in business (incl. minor in Pricing) or in science/engineering with knowledge on pricing topics.
- Background in consulting, marketplaces or classifieds strategy.
- Excellent analytical mindset, critical thinking and data-driven reasoning.
- Fast apprehension, personal engagement, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills.
- Team player, down-to-earth personality.
- Operate autonomously within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Microsoft excel (can create pivot tables and write advanced macros), Tableau)
- 3+ years of experience in the tech industry (marketplaces, classifieds, software)
