Hola, somos Patito, una productora audiovisual de Madrid y buscamos un creative producer para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Qué aptitudes buscamos:

- Elaboración de presupuestos.
- Creación de dossiers con propuestas creativa.
- Experiência previa en la producción de contenidos audiovisuales (locuciones, shootings, rodajes, postproducción).
- Capacidad para liderar y coordinar un equipo de producción.
- Habilidad para seguir proyectos desde el brief del cliente hasta su entrega y cierre cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos.
- Pluses que se valoran: manejo de cámara dsrl, edición, motion graphics.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dirigir la producción de videos desde el brief con el cliente hasta la masterización y entrega.
- Aportar una visión creativa y de realización en las propuestas y la ejecución del contenido.
- Coordinar equipo de producción y postproducción.
- Controlar el presupuesto y los costes de los proyectos.
- Búsqueda de referencias visuales
- Negociación con proveedores y colaboradores y búsqueda de otros nuevos
