Marketing Creative Producer

This role is central to transforming high-level marketing strategy into engaging, high-performing creative assets for mobile games. You will bridge strategy and execution, creating detailed briefs, gameplay mockups, and AI-enhanced concept designs that guide Art and Animation teams. The position requires a mix of creativity, data-driven insight, and production oversight, ensuring campaigns are optimized for key metrics such as CTR, IPM, and ROAS. You will collaborate closely with project managers and creative leads to align ideas with production timelines, while actively iterating on campaigns based on performance data.
