**Voor ons kantoor aan de Costa Blanca zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe vastgoedmakelaars om ons team te versterken **Wij bieden onze makelaars de tools en ondersteuning die ze nodig hebben om succesvol te zijn. Ons toegewijde backoffice team regelt de ontwikkeling, juridische zaken en administratie, zodat onze getrainde professionele makelaars zich kunnen concentreren op waar ze het beste in zijn**:het bedienen van onze klanten.**
**Waarom werken bij ons?**
Focus op het verkopen van nieuwbouwprojecten met hoge commissies.
Verdien €6.000-9.000/maand, met toppresteerders die meer dan €18.000/maand verdienen.
Financiële ondersteuning gedurende de eerste 3 maanden om je klantenbestand op te bouwen.
Vooraf gekwalificeerde leads en vooraf ingeplande afspraken om je verkoop te stimuleren.
Toegang tot actuele informatie over onroerend goed (prijslijsten, plattegronden, enz.).
Uitgebreide training en voortdurende ondersteuning.
Wij regelen marketing en administratie - jij richt je uitsluitend op verkoop.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Bied uitzonderlijke service aan klanten vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de aankoop van het pand.
- Voer online vergaderingen en stel gepersonaliseerde bezichtigingen samen.
- Laat eigendommen zien, onderhandel deals en ondersteunt klanten bij juridische vertegenwoordiging.
- Houd klanten op de hoogte van veranderingen in het vastgoed en de markt.
**Over jou**:
Enige ervaring in vastgoed of kennis van de Costa Blanca.
️ Vloeiend Engels, met aanvullende beheersing van Pools, Hongaars, Tsjechisch, Frans of Nederlands.
Momenteel woonachtig aan de Costa Blanca.
Voorkeur voor de verkoop van nieuwbouwprojecten boven doorverkoop.
Aantoonbare verkoophistorie met een sterke drive om doelen te bereiken.
**Wat wij aanbieden**:

Kies voor 30-35% commissie of een gegarandeerd salaris van €1.000/maand met 20% commissie.
Ontvang toegewijde ondersteuning van Sales Managers en backoffice medewerkers.
Krijg een lokaal telefoonnummer voor klantcommunicatie met onbeperkt gratis bellen.
**Sollicitatieproces**:
