With over 50 professionals across our offices in **Costa del Sol** and **Dubai**, we are now actively **expanding our Costa Blanca operations** to meet growing demand.

This position is ideal for motivated sales agents with experience in **new build property sales**, who are looking for real earning potential, a supportive team, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

**What We Offer**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist international clients throughout the property purchase process
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours
- Negotiate and close deals
- Coordinate formalities with lawyers and developers
- Stay up to date with local market trends and new build projects

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluent in **a Scandinavian language or Hungarian**, plus **English**:

- At least **1 year of real estate or strong sales experience**:

- Familiarity with the **Costa Blanca region**:

- Valid **driver’s license** and access to a personal vehicle
- Willing to work from our **Costa Blanca office** 2-3 days per week
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven
