**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
Como Agente de Atención al Cliente en nuestro Contact Center Receptivo, tus principales funciones serán:

- Gestionar solicitudes diarias de clientes y proveedores relacionadas con reservas de alojamiento, traslados y servicios en destino.
- Atender y resolver incidencias en destino (hoteles, traslados y excursiones) de manera eficaz y profesional.
- Gestionar reservas rechazadas por proveedores y buscar soluciones adecuadas.
- Colaborar con proveedores y otras áreas internas para garantizar un nível de servicio óptimo.
- Escalar y supervisar la resolución de incidencias más complejas.
- Controlar posibles pérdidas derivadas de incidencias, adoptando medidas para mitigarlas.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**
- Buscamos personas que destaquen por su capacidad de autogestión, iniciativa y orientación al cliente. Nos encantarás si tienes:

- Idiomas: Nível alto de inglés (imprescindible para comunicación fluida y redacción profesional). Se valorarán conocimientos de francés o alemán.
- Experiência: Experiência previa en atención al cliente y asistencia al pasajero, preferiblemente en el sector turístico.
- Conocimientos: Familiaridad con producto y contratación hotelera.
- Habilidades: Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples tareas.
- Herramientas: Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Outlook, Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
