In collaboration with the Transformation Architect, Transformation Directors and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions that support and drive our end-to-end transformation journey. **Key responsibilities** - Conduct thorough technical and data analysis of existing systems and technologies to identify opportunities for potential improvements. - Design and implement technical and data solutions that align with the overall business transformation strategy. - Work closely with the Technology team to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions into existing business processes. - Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies. - Collaborate with data analysts to ensure the availability and accuracy of data required for transformation initiatives. - Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive business transformation strategy from a technical perspective. - Monitor and assess the performance of technical solutions, making recommendations for optimization and improvement. - Participate in change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technical solutions across the organization. **The skills we would love to see in your suitcase** - Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital transformation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements. - Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions that support business processes. - Knowledge of data analysis and data management principles. - Knowledge in data visualization strategies and tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc). - Familiarity with a data integration tools and enterprise software. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring
