**Position**:ABAP Developer Specialist

**Location**:Spain

**The Role**
As a member of the Development Team, a consulting unit of specialists working on different client projects. The ABAP Developer will be required to program the client's programming requirements based on the provided specifications, and to provide system support/ technical knowledge to the project team throughout the project cycle.

**Responsibilities**
- Create technical specifications of programs/ interfaces based on functional specifications provided.
- Implement the client's requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAP Script, etc according to the design documentation and template guidelines utilizing/ creating reusable code that is easily upgradeable/ maintainable.
- Ensure that the programs/ interfaces are Unit Tested including created sufficient test data (such as employee master records) to complete scenario testing.
- Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
- Upgrade programs to be compatible with new releases of R/3 (such as Enterprise/ mySAP ERP)

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience with ABAP development of min 2 years
- Experience with developing, configuring and using API’s
- Two or more years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration and Webservice
- Working knowledge of XML
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent

- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Demonstrate aptitude and willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic individual with a passion for people, business and communication
- Highly motivated and eager to work with new technologies
- Must be self-starter and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
