**Digiu Digital Group** is a pioneering technology consultancy company with a distinguished track record spanning over two decades in digital transformation, digital commerce, and customer experience. Renowned for our prowess in automating and modernizing processes, we boast a portfolio of over 500 digital projects across 15+ countries. To join our team, **we are seeking an exceptionally proactive Business Analyst** that will work with IT support in the web development area, being a fundamental part of the project and acting as an interface between the client and the development team.
**The main tasks will include** performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Would need the possibility to work on weekends or after hours if the client so demands it

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Performing requirements analysis
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contract
Pay: 750.00€ - 1,100.00€ per month
