Backed by GCO, Vivara is all set to transform the rental management industry and bring a wave of confidence and ease to the housing rental game. As a User On boarding Manager, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants. With a strong focus on tailoring our approach to individual needs, we are determined to create a delightful rental experience for everyone and become the preferred choice in the premium rental market.
**You will lead the charge in ensuring seamless order fulfillment by strategically implementing and coordinating operational processes. Collaborate closely with both internal teams and our external network of collaborators to achieve and exceed order fulfillment targets**
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to crafting and implementing top-tier operations planning, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures for elevated operational performance
- Efficiently manage the external network of collaborators, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance. Join us in elevating operational excellence and fostering positive change
- Take charge of Network of Collaborators capacity risks, implementing contingency plans, and owning the resolution of any arising issues, especially in cases of shortages
- Design, develop, and implement flexible solutions to enhance business efficiency, drive process improvements, and add substantial value
- Lead the management of obsolete parts processes, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal resource utilization
- Ensure strategic and operational information, reports, and metrics are readily available for sharing within the organization
- Provide support for new business initiatives and projects, contributing to review meetings and change processes for effective operational implementation
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with internal teams and third-party logistics partners
**Requirements**:
- Project management expertise with meticulous attention to detail, functioning seamlessly within Agile setups and cross-functional teams
- Experienced in operations management, specifically in the Real Estate industry and the Spanish market
- Confident and self-motivated, with a sociable personality, eager to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Open to learning, sharing ideas, and collaborating across departments and ventures
- Proven management skills that optimize team performance and development
- Highly skilled communicator, adept at building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Results-oriented and organized, excelling in planning and meeting deadlines
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, particularly in Solution Design and Optimization
- Proficient in handling relationships with logistics partners,
- Strong IT systems knowledge, with advanced Excel skills
