We are a children's fashion brand that, among other key aspects, is committed to quality as one of our main attributes, therefore you will have a crucial role, which will translate into the following strategic goals:

- Ensure the quality of the workmanship during the collections’ development (production, sampling, final product).
- Being able to translate the quality control into documented guidelines.
- Control and write tolerances and issues to the collection tracking PFU files.
- Second quality control with manufacturers and definition of and compliance with the monitoring.
- Size Sets control.
- Travel to the manufacturer’s plants to control the quality processes.
- Develop and keep improving a Quality Plan regarding volume, compliance, and budgets.
- Keep up with customer returns and the reasons for them.
- Create reports regarding quality and find new ways of improvement.
- Keep in touch with manufacturers regarding quality and development issues.
- Coordinate quality tests with external quality control entities.

- A higher education pattern making graduate or similar studies and have extensive training in têxtile quality.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
- Willing to travel for work, 30% of the time approximately.
- Used to work with Google Suite (Google Sheets especially), Asana, and Microsoft Office. SAP and InDesign are desirable, but not a must.
- An advanced-level English speaker. You will communicate with manufacturers daily in that language.
- A detail-oriented team worker.
- A versatile person and responsive to change.
- A passionate about fashion.
