**This position is to cover a maternity leave**

As an Account Director you will lead an Account Management team providing service on a single or number of non-competing clients. Your role will be as the main client contact Directing all activities and projects for the client. Your responsibility will be holistic on all on-going client projects at the agency and coordinate with other internal teams and departments including Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media or any additional specialist teams or external suppliers.

Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is an import part of this role as well as the capability to fit in quicky and work well in collaborative environments. You will report to a Brand Director/Client Lead or Client Services Director depending on the size of the business and existing client structure, who would lead business. Your role will be to drive the advance of projects and campaigns. You would manage a team of Project managers to support you on the execution side of things.

**How you’d spend your day**:

- With the Client Lead, you will be responsible for quality of strategy to clients, bringing out the best in the teams and establishing an effective relationship with clients.
- Providing strategic input across all of client’s objectives, with a specific focus on digital.
- Generating analysis of performance reports, presentations and rational to clients.
- Building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal teams and partners.
- Being a point and go to person for knowledge on the client/brand.
- Preparing and organizing client progress meetings and presentations. Carrying out Business reviews.
- Providing a strategic POV on client business, category and market.
- Handling budgetary control of your brand.

**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- University degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics, or around 6-8 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation.
- Strong experience of digital communication environment (web, social, CRM, campaigns)
- Good people and communication skills. Dynamic, proactive and open to new ideas and change.
- Strong problem solving, communication strategy, Leadership and people management skills
- Passion for advertising and communication.

**We think you’re awesome if you**:

- Are proficient in English (C1)
- Have a passion for Marketing, brand communications and a digital-first mentality
- Own previous experience as Account Director in reputed Digital agencies.
- Steadfastly push yourself and others for results.
