Conduct market research, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features. - **Product Roadmap**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fraud analysts, data scientists/data analysts, engineers, and designers, to define the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business objectives, and market trends. - **Hypothesis-Driven Development**:Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience - **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of product initiatives. Work closely with fraud analysts, IT specialists, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to deliver a seamless and efficient fraud prevention product experience. - **Backlog Management & Prioritization**:Lead on the creation, refinement, and prioritization of your backlog and communicate prioritization decisions to wider business **TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**: - **Work Experience**:>= 3-5 years of work experience in Product Management or Growth, preferably in a Tech or Startup environment - **Academic Background**:You have a degree from an accredited university preferably in Computer, Industrial, or other Engineering fields. - **UX / UI Skill**:Aptitude for UI/UX and a keen eye for what makes a good customer experience.
