- Relevant experience in marketing (creation of full marketing funnel strategies leveraging data and insights
- Experience driving execution and scaling of complex cross-functional programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing environments
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership

Meet the Amazon Pickup and Returns Point (PARP) marketing team. We are transforming how quickly and conveniently Amazon delivers to its customers through the Locker & Counter network. Our solutions aim to delight customers by providing convenient and worry-free pickup alternatives to home delivery around the world. Through a growing network of convenient, high value host locations, our locker and counter products offer customers greater security, flexibility, and control, while reducing transportation costs and environmental footprint.

Our growing team is looking for a creative, analytical, customer-obsessed, and experienced marketing leader to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with our PARP service within a Pan EU role.
As a member of PARP Marketing,
As a primary contact between business and brand teams, you will have the opportunity to influence and collaborate on content creation, product development, and operations, using your creative problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and push work forward.

Key job responsibilities
- Leverage Amazon channels, partnering with central channel owners and local stakeholders to customize for local nuances.
- Lead off-Amazon paid marketing strategies from ideation through execution.
- Work with business teams to expand our reach by developing partner specific co-marketing opportunities on partner owned and paid channels.
- Develop and test scalable Amazon channels to deliver partner promotions and co-branded messaging to delight our shared customers.
- Analyze performance to optimize conversions for customer acquisition and repeat purchases across multiple traffic channels
- Represent the Voice of the Customer internally and externally. Bring your deep knowledge of the customer to every meeting and business decision
- Use data and customer insights to inform the priorities and objectives of your short, mid and long-term roadmap
- Test and iterate on new ideas to grow the business and continuously improve marketing programs and campaigns across channels
- Develop deep understanding of customer and partner nuances across partner verticals including grocery, pharmacy, convenience, QSR, and government.
- Contributing to weekly, monthly, quarterly updates via local business reviews and documents

A day in the life
- Expand Consumer Marketing With Partners: work with Business Development and Account teams to grow the customer acquisition funnel to PARP with partners on their in-store and digital channels.
- Brief and guide development of B2C marketing content. Drive test and learn initiatives for new acquisition marketing capabilities.
- Work directly with Design, B2C marketing, Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Ops, Product, Business Development, Account Management, Voice of Partner, and Voice Of Customer teams on a daily basis.

- Experience in Project Management
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
