tus tareas en nuestra empresa
como Senior Performance Marketing Manager, contribuirás al fuerte crecimiento de nuestra plataforma mediante el diseño y la gestión de nuestros canales de adquisición (por ejemplo, visualización, búsqueda, redes sociales), así como medidas de Crm / upselling como parte del equipo. Con tu comprensión del marketing basado en datos, el seguimiento, los análisis de Kpi y la creatividad en términos de materiales publicitarios y páginas de destino, optimizarás continuamente nuestra generación de clientes potenciales y la retención de clientes. Trabajarás de forma independiente y, al mismo tiempo, en estrecha colaboración con tu equipo, así como con las comunicaciones y el diseño de marketing, agencias externas y proveedores de servicios. Al hacerlo, siempre tendrás espacio para tus propios proyectos e ideas que te harán avanzar a ti y a la empresa.
calificaciones
al menos 1-2 años de experiência en marketing online, idealmente en publicidad de rendimiento / análisis web / Seo.
experiência práctica con varias herramientas de análisis y plataformas de anuncios (por ejemplo, Facebook / Google Ads Manager, Gtm, Google Analytics)
enfoque analítico y basado en datos y un punto débil para la optimización del rendimiento basado en Kpi medibles
es deseable una comprensión técnica básica del diseño de sitios web y Html / Css
alto grado de responsabilidad personal y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
te comunicas de manera excelente en el idioma inglés.
tiene un título en marketing, negocios, comunicaciones o un campo de estudio comparable o es un cambiador de carrera con experiência.
