As a **Senior Learning Experience & Enablement Partner** on the People & Organisational Development Team, you will bring our learning strategy to life by creating and delivering world-class learning experiences and development solutions that enable high performing teams. In this hands-on role you will enable us to elevate and scale our leadership and team effectiveness offerings across the company as we continue to grow and evolve.

What are the most important duties of this role?_**
- You will work closely with our Leadership Development Lead to identify learning interventions for leaders
- You will provide consultation and thought partnership while listening to the needs of Personio’s to ensure the true needs of our customers are understood and met
- You will develop learning experiences and resources that enable leaders to maximise their impact
- You will facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences for leaders and teams across the company
- You will advocate for the needs of our leaders and customers, actively representing their needs and preferences when collaborating internally
- You will engage in coaching with leaders and equip them to coach their team members
- You will facilitate individual strengths assessments and run team effectiveness workshops (i.e. Gallup Strengths)
- You will support our data driven culture by leveraging surveys and proactively seeking feedback on the learner experience
- You will establish trusted relationships with our key stakeholders across the company
- You will continuously iterate on your facilitation approach as well as LX design to ensure maximum impact

**What you need to succeed**:

- English fluency is especially important
- 5 years facilitation experience
- 2 years + experience creating and facilitating learning experiences for leaders
- Certified and experience in offering internal coaching is highly desirable
- Certified running both Insights Discovery & Gallup Strengths is highly desirable
- Experience consulting with all levels of stakeholders, with a focus on conducting needs analysis and defining learning objectives
