We are now loooking for a **Global Co-manufacturing & Chilled factories Quality Manager **to join our **Technical Corporate **team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of products manufactured by our global network of third-party suppliers and chilled factories, ensuring they meet our stringent standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the safety and quality of our products, protecting our brand reputation, and driving continuous improvement in our global supply chain.

You will be responsible for:

- ** Management and Leadership**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global quality management strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Establish clear performance goals and metrics for the quality and track progress towards achieving them.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence within the team and across the organization.
- **Third-Party Supplier Management**:

- Conduct in-depth audits and inspections of third-party manufacturers, third-party logistics and chilled facilities worldwide (Europe and Africa).
- Evaluate suppliers' compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), regulatory requirements, and our quality standards.
- Identify and address potential quality risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage supplier relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Chilled Factory Management**:

- Develop and implement specific quality control procedures for chilled factories, considering unique microbiological and temperature-sensitive requirements.
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature control throughout the production and storage process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices for chilled food safety.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our global supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, product development) to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging food safety trends and regulatory changes, adapting our quality management system accordingly.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of our global quality program.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience in managing and auditing third-party suppliers and chilled factories.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and relevant food safety regulations (EU, US, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools preferred
