- **About the Role**-
- Ensure that La Roca Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience
- Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success
- Managing various projects efficiently to ensure timely completion and success
- Guide store managers on in-store standards and customer service
- Coordinate with learning and development on staff training
- Identifying and acquiring new products that drive innovation
- Analyzing sales data and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilizing data to make informed decisions and improve business operations
- Provide weekly management reports with analysis
- Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales**Role requirements**-
- Proven experience in international retail.
- Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
- Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
