In GAD there are over 400 employees globally operating from six different countries and representing more than 30 nationalities Our focus is to deliver compliant, and quality assured financial information faster and smarter to support business decisions. This is a challenging opportunity to play an important part and contribute in our mission to create the driving solutions of tomorrow. **Important note: Enrolment in a Spanish university is required for the duration of the internship in order to sign an agreement ("convenio")** **What you'll do**: 1. COMPLETE IMMERSION IN THE TEAM, SHADOWING, LEARNING AND SUPPORTING THE TEAM ON DAILY PTP ACTIVITIES USING SAP AS ERP, EXCEL, AND OTHER TOOLS. 2. SUPPORTING ALL OF OUR 18 NATIONAL SALES CENTERS ON THE JUDGEMENTAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE DELIVERIES WE PERFORM 3. PARTICIPATION ON PROJECTS, TRAININGS AND MEETINGS AS LISTENER. 4. ANALYSIS AND REVIEW OF OUR WORKING MATERIAL TO FIND TYPOS, MISTAKES OR NOT CLEAR EXPLANATIONS. 5. ANALYSIS OF OUR PROCESSES TO SUGGEST NEW PROCEDURES OR IMPROVEMENTS. 6. WORKING WITH OUR OUTSOURCING CENTER IN INDIA WHO PERFORM OUR RULE BASED ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE NSC´S. 7. WORKING WITH POWER BI TO MONITOR AND WORK ON KPI´S. 8. WORKING WITH OUR VAT TEAM ON CORRECTION NOTES NEEDED FROM SUPPLIERS 9. SUPPORTING OUR 2 PLANTS IN SWEDEN AND BELGIUM ON THE JUDGEMENTAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE DELIVERIES WE PERFOR **What you'll bring**: - Competence and experience are important, but personality is key To be successful in this internship you have an interest in finance, technology and are curious to learn. - You are in the final year of your studies in the following areas: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Digital Business, Data Analytics or similar degrees - Fluent in English (C1) - MS Office knowledge - Ability to organize multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things done - You're a good communicator and are able to handle different stakeholders - You have a great attention to detail **Our working hours** Monday to Thursday 9h-18 and Friday 8h-15h **Duration** Minimum 4 months and up to 12 months **Compensation** This is a paid internship €850 / month (39h/wk.) ***Ready to Take the Next Step?**: ***Volvo Cars - driving change together**: Volvo Cars’ success is the result of a collaborative, diverse and inclusive working environment.
