**Key responsibilities**:

- Controlling and accounting back-office administation tasks.
- Management of invoices in SAP, processing and bills, comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Help to manage rental contracts.
- Create a database of Properties' owners.
- Data record and control.
- Prepare budget forecasts.

Key Requirements:

- Studying last year of Degree or Msc in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or similar.
- Experience in the accounting and finance departments is a plus.
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of motivation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
- You are a person with high analytical capacity, results-oriented and decisive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer:

- 6 Months internship in a part-time schedule Monday to Friday 9.00-14.00. Some flexibility is possible.
- Paid internship: 600€ gross per month.
- Some home-working is permitted.
