We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our Operations team and help create a memorable experience for every Suntransfers passenger arriving at Barcelona airport.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Intermediation between customers and transport operators to ensure the driver assigned to a service is ready when the passenger arrives.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Customer Service and Airport environment experience is strongly desirable
- Able to communicate with customers and transport partners
- Advanced level spoken and written English & Spanish
- Proficiency in a third or fourth language would be an advantage

Tareas

The Airport Transfers Representative will be primarily responsible to ensure that Suntransfers customers landing at Barcelona Airport T1 are welcomed with a smile and given the right instructions to find their airport transfer driver, as well as ensuring the driver is ready to pick up the passenger at the correct time.

**Responsibilities**:
The Airport representative provides passengers with a warm welcome and a positive experience to passengers arriving at the airport, as they will often be the first person they meet when they start their journey.
