**About the Role**
- Professional services to join our team In India. Our Associates are responsible for independently leading and delivering on all short to medium term projects.

**Key roles and Responsibilities**

You are responsible for providing day to day support on client projects and works closely with our Senior Associates and Project Leads in executing several projects during the day

Work on time sensitive research requests from clients, responsible for scoping the client needs, deliver custom research support and provide the most appropriate solutions to our end clients

Responsible for building and recruiting new topic experts through active research and networking. Develop relationships with experts who are leading thought leaders and experts in their respective industries

Partner with the product delivery team to work on newer product / service offerings and provide proactive solutions/suggestions in improving the team processes and client experience

**Experience and Qualification**

Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, able to confidently drive discussions with end-clients

People with Inquisitiveness to learn and passion for problem solving

University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement

You have an agile mindset, curious, excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the courage to break traditions
