We are currently seeking a Senior Client Services Associate, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Client Services Associate, PCS at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our client relationships within the Patient and Clinical Services (PCS) sector. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, address client needs effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our client engagements through proactive support and coordination.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing client accounts within the PCS sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and effective solutions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, resolve issues, and deliver services in line with client expectations.
- Overseeing the execution of client projects and services, ensuring compliance with protocols, timelines, and quality standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for service-related matters and feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and providing strategic recommendations to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in client services within the PCS sector, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver client-focused services effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and address their needs proactively.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving service delivery and client support.
