**Responsibilities and Duties**

  • Manage high volumes of customer queries including making& amending accommodation bookings, updating changes and processing payments.
  • Reach out to suppliers for rates on hotels, transfers/transportation, private yacht, private jets & all other lifestyle requests.
  • Organize transfers, and rental of vehicles, including checking the drivers on route.
  • Book and purchase tickets for sports, fashion, concerts and events worldwide.
  • Accurate booking control.
  • Recommendation and reservation of tables in restaurants.
  • Use a wide variety of in-house systems and the current database of suppliers.
  • Working closely with the operational team.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Minimum **1-year experience working in travel & tourism** role.
  • An in-depth professional understanding of all travel and tourism-related factors and policies including refunds, reissues, and itinerary changes.
  • In-depth understanding of Tour operators, DMC’s & bed banks.
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.
  • Native or Advanced level of **Russian / Ukrainian**.
  • Upper-intermediate level of **English**.
  • Experienced PC user (MS Office).
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises and turn negative into positive.
  • Ability to interact in a friendly manner and provide accurate, detailed, and complete travel information.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Flexible and proactive.
  • Ability to take responsibility and act accordingly.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and time management.
  • Ready to stay connected 24/7 and work on weekends (shifts).
