- Responsible of process development (virtual with simulations, and real) to achieve the main KPI of project (scrap, OEE and cycle time).**Main responsibilities**
- Coodination of activities with Program manager and plant engineering team to define the process improvement actions.
- Report the quality results of the projects in development with action plans.
- Definition of casting concept design (complete runner and cooling strategy) and virtual development of it to achieve the requiered quality leve and propose improvements in concordance.
- Monitorize and follow the results of virtual development with the reality of trials. Coordinate as process and simulations engineer improvement activities for the components.
- Either internal or client transferred archives management. Confirm and control the sent and received archives, organize them in the proper directory and review the last versions.
- Provide any necessary information/document needed for offers or design studies.
- Design feasibility studies.
- Review 2D drawings and 3D parts to evaluate them according to the client requirements.
- Other activities assigned by the PD manager.**Profile requirements**

- English fluent- Experience_
- CAD-CFD and/or CAE software (more than 2 years)- Technical skills_
- MS Office tools, presentations PowerPoint
- CAD: CATIA, NX, Creo, Autocad
