**Your Tasks**:
- Perform process engineering analyses and studies.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement initiatives that support the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of improvement projects.
**Your Profile**:
- University degree in technical fields or industrial organization, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English for international management and communication with BDF Group.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
