Reporting to our CRM Manager, as our next CRM Intern, your goal will be the execution of multichannel CRM campaigns for our main videogames community, Mundigames.

**Your mission**
- Operate the CRM tools required to configure, deploy and maintain our multichannel CRM campaigns;
- Validate and ensure the quality of all campaigns before they are released;
- Keep track of key KPIs such as contact rates, player activity, spending patterns, and act on these trends.

**Your profile**
- A team player with ability to work with remote peers
- Able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- A passion for the gaming industry
- Attention to detail and organized
