**Description of functions**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, software development, cloud migrations, and integrations.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Track progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, status reports, and steering committees to maintain transparency.
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs through formal change control processes.
- Ensure post-project reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer are completed.

**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical IT environment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Familiar with tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and/or Prince2 methodologies is a plus.

**Preferred Certifications (Not Required but Desirable)**:

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP
- ITIL v4 Foundation
