**Descripción y responsabilidades**:
Desde Eurofirms ETT estamos seleccionando para importante empresa dedicada a la importación y distribución de equipamiento para hostelería, ubicada en Villanueva de la Cañada, un/a Customer service con italiano. Funciones: - Atender y hacer crecer la cuenta de su principal cliente en Italia - Fomentar, atender y hacer crecer el negocio en la red de distribuidores de Italia - Apoyar la labor del departamento de atención al cliente, con especial atención a Francia y otros mercados internacionales - Gestionar eficazmente las incidencias, ofreciendo soluciones y alternativas apropiadas. - Creación, modificación y seguimiento de pedidos - Elaboración de presupuestos y demás tareas administrativas Se ofrece: - Posición estable: 3 meses por ETT + incorporación a plantilla - Jornada completa de Lunes a Jueves de 8 a 17 horas y Viernes de 8 a 15 horas - Zona Villanueva de la Cañada - 100% presencial - Salario 20.000 euros brutos anuales
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente - Imprescindible coche propio para desplazarse al lugar de trabajo - Nível avanzado de italiano - Muy valorable nível avanzado de inglés - Buen manejo del paquete office, principalmente excel - Buscamos una persona positiva y dinámica, con buena capacidad comunicativa y orientada al cliente
