Percassi is an Italian leader in the development and management of franchised commercial networks of major brands such as Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin for the fashion-beauty and Starbucks in the Food & beverage industry. The company manages own brands - Dmail in retail and mail-order; KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in the cosmetics sector; Atalanta in sport; Da30Polenta in the catering industry - well as in joint venture with Billionaire Italian Couture in the fashion industry.
In the F&B sector, Percassi manages the brands Wagamama, Casa Maioli and Caio Antica Pizza Romana in partnership with the Cremonini Group. It also operates in the Real Estate with the development of important projects at commercial and management level.

For our HQ in Madrid, we are looking for a:
**FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT**

The figure, placed in the
**Financial Department** reporting to the Accounting Responsible, will manage all the accounting functions

- Specifically, the position will involve the following activities:_
- Manage all accounting functions within the company.
- Manage all the month-end close and financial reporting.
- Ensure month end and year-end closings are reliable and performed within required deadlines (IFRS and each Local accounting standards), with strict deadlines.
- Coordination with external consultants for fiscal declarations and needs.
- Assist auditors.
- Preparation of yearly Financial Statements.
- Participate in the accounting reporting process.
- Manage specific internal control environment cycles and managing internal control.
- Ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Journal entries and accruals.
- Intercompany control.
- Assets and depreciation registration.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Experience at an international accounting department or similar outsourcing department.
- Experience working for an international environment & cross-functional and networked organization and monthly reporting experience.
- Superior communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to effectively address and influence all levels within the organization. Portuguese or Italian will be consider a plus.
- SAP knowledge (desirable)
- ERP experience
- Proficiency Excel level
- NPGC (local Spanish rules) and IFRS. Desirable experience reporting other countries in accounting issues
- Retail accountancy experience (desirable).
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.
