**Sobre la delegación**
- The Girona office is home to Group Functions including Procurement, Supply chain and logistics, Sustainability, Human Resources, IT and Finance.
**Proposito del puesto**
- Responsibilities on the accurate and timely accounting recording of designated companies’ transactions (P&L and BS) under European SSC scope.
- Provide support preparing all tax forms for local regulation compliance.
- Provide support on Gurit’s SSC bank transactions as well as with Group treasury management.
**Descripción**
- The Accountant will be member of Gurit European SSC Finance team, providing support to all of its members and reporting to site Finance Team Leader. He/she will be required to work closely with all departments of site under scope. He/she will be required to occasionally work together with Gurit’s subsidiaries Finance community.
- Manage companies’ accounting hold by Gurit European SSC and the monthly closing of the accounts; supporting the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Engaged with group reporting calendar
**Responsabilidades principales**
- Accounting bookkeeping for Gurit SSC’s companies following monthly fully closing accounts procedures (Balance and P&L)
- He/she will post suppliers invoices and record expense accounting.
- He/she will support the finance team on the monthly fully closing of the accounts.
- He/she will compile and prepare tax forms and submit those to the tax administration.
- He/She will support annual audit by providing information and assisting auditors.
- He/She will maintain accounting controls, continuously improving SOP (Standard Operational Procedures)
- Documents financial transactions by recording account information
- He/she will monitor bank accounts and cash flows, and hold regular transactions with finance entities, in regards of Group treasury needs.
- Financial discrepancies reconciliation by collecting and analysing account information.

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 year experience in accounting/finance
- UK accounting and tax standards knowledge would be a plus
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and workflows.
- Experience with working in a multinational organization environment would be a plus.
- User experience with different ERPs such as SAP/Navision would be a plus

Education
- Certified accountant or Business and Administration degree.
- English certificate (written and verbal)
Personal skill requirements
- Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
