- Consumers want better, more personalised product information and purchase options. Large Consumer Goods companies with global footprints, complex distribution, and fragmented agency outsourcing models have a challenge: how to meet new consumer expectations across product lines, geographies, and distribution models.
- Typical issues include federated business models that complicate global initiatives, lack of in-house expertise, inconsistent technology usage across geographies, and varying adoption rates of modern marketing techniques within the business.
- Accenture use multi-discipline teams to help global Consumer Goods companies with this transformation.
- This role is part of the technical architecture team, defining the future capabilities, technologies, and roadmaps that underpin the consumer marketing transformation, focusing on the Salesforce platform as a key enabler.
