**Job Title**:
**AI Data Annotator (Spanish Language)**

**Location: Spain (Office Based)**

Our mission is to improve large language models (LLMs) — the technology behind next-generation AI tools — by ensuring they understand languages, cultures, and contexts with accuracy and depth.

To achieve this, we are building a team of **Spanish-language data annotators** across Latin America who can provide culturally informed, precise, and consistent labeling work.

**About the Role**:
As an **AI Data Annotator**, you will play a key role in training and improving AI models. You will read, evaluate, and create text in Spanish based on given guidelines, ensuring that the data reflects authentic language use and cultural relevance.

This is a **full-time opportunity** with potential for **long-term collaboration** based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Annotate, label, and review **Spanish-language**text and content.
- Evaluate and improve the quality and cultural accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
- Generate short text samples, dialogues, and content as needed.
- Follow project-specific annotation guidelines and quality standards.
- Deliver consistent, accurate results while meeting deadlines.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Native-level Spanish fluency** (Mexico or other Latin American countries).
- **Bachelor’s degree or higher**, any field (language, communication, or humanities preferred).
- Strong understanding of **local culture, idioms, and social context.**:

- Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Reliable **internet connection** and ability to work independently.
- **Attention to detail** and commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **data annotation, translation, content moderation, or writing.**:

- Background in **linguistics, journalism, or related disciplines.**:

- Familiarity with **AI or technology-related projects.**:

- Graduate students or professionals interested in long-term work.

**Work Details**:

- **Full-time preferred;** flexible scheduling possible.
- Paid **per hour** or **per completed task.**:

- **Initial 2-week pilot period** to assess performance and task suitability.
- High-performing annotators may be invited for **extended or permanent collaboration.**
