Your mission We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Lead to join our small but energetic and passionate team. As a Product Lead you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and contribute to the overall success of the company. Reporting to the CPO, your job is to lead a small group of PMs and transform vision into tactical decisions and drive product development across several teams. What you’ll be doing - Strategic planning and management of the product portfolio - Support the CPO on the definition and alignment of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Creates and analyzes the team OKRs, KPIs, and metrics, and control the measures to achieve objectives - Lead product management teams in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area - Co-lead the product operations and cadence across the company. Who you’ll be playing with You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and lead a team of 2-5 people. Additionally, you will be part of a 15-person team consisting of Product Managers (PMs) and Product Designers (PDs). Our Ideal "Player" - Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data products and technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with passionate stakeholders in other functions. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform product decisions. - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools. - Strong end-user focus and empathy, skilled in working with UX and research to drive product priorities.
