Job Description
- The CRM intern will support the JF CRM team in achieving CRM daily tasks.

What you will do:
- Support the CRM team with daily planning, implementation and optimization of the CRM calendar, campaign content and test process across our European markets.-
- Support on creating briefs for all our daily CRM campaigns, assign them to the right department and follow up until the campaigns are ready to be scheduled.-
- Refreshing and maintaining onsite banners and assets for our specific and recurring CRM campaigns.-
- Participate in the brainstorming and development of new ideas for customer engagement and retention.-
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.-
- Stay up to date with the latest CRM trends, tools, and best practices.- What you can bring:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication-
- High level of English-
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).-
- Analytical mindset to understand and optimize performance of your campaigns.-
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.-
- Familiarity with marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Iterable, Emarsys, etc.).#LI-AH1
