The Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc, is a new luxury hotel in a privileged location on the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands.

For our kitchen team, we need to incorporate a Head of Kitchen Batch. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person with experience in Luxury Hotels, who fits our culture of exclusive service, in order to offer the customer quality service and contribute to the operational, economic and quality objectives of both hotels. *we offer accommodation*

**Mission of the position**:You will be in charge of supervising that the food service is carried out in accordance with the quality standards established by the Hotel and its restaurants. You will be responsible for the quality, preparation and presentation of the food produced in the assigned kitchen and the efficiency of the employees in charge, as well as the perfect state of cleanliness, hygiene and order in the areas under your responsibility.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in the position of Head Chef in Haute Cuisine Restaurants or 5* hotels.
- Training according to the position (Cooking, Hospitality or similar).
- Teamwork, passion for service and customer orientation.
- Flexibility in working hours and functions. Orientation towards excellence.
- Proactivity.
