The Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc, is a new luxury hotel in a privileged location on the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands.

For our F&B team, we need to incorporate a **Mixologist**. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person with experience in Luxury Hotels, who fits our culture of exclusive service, in order to offer the customer quality service and contribute to the operational, economic and quality objectives of both hotels. *we offer accommodation*

**MISSION**: to create new combinations of beverages and other ingredients, having the ability to use traditional recipes and interpret them.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Experience in the position between 1-3 years
- Experience in 5*, Luxury hotels.
- High level of English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- High customer orientation.
