- The opportunityTo lead the exploration and development of innovative energy products and services for Vantage Towers, with a dual focus on telco-related energy solutions (e.g., backup for MNOs) and broader energy market opportunities including balancing, trading, and ancillary services for TSOs, DSOs, and other stakeholders. The role will drive strategic product initiatives, support pre-sales activities, and collaborate across functions to deliver value-adding solutions that align with Vantage Towers’ growth priorities.

**Your contribution**
- Lead the creation of new product/service concepts from customer and market insights, supporting Vantage Towers’ strategic growth in energy.
- Build robust business cases in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Local Markets, guiding commercial terms and investment decisions.
- Drive the end-to-end product development process with Technology, suppliers/partners, and Local Markets, delivering incremental value in an Agile way.
- Define product requirements including service levels, regulatory compliance, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Sales and Local Markets, including training, collateral development, and pre-sales support.
- Provide input to Vantage Towers’ product strategy and roadmap, including long-term prioritization and innovation planning.
- Stay abreast of energy market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, especially in renewables, flexibility markets, and digital energy platforms.
- Represent Vantage Towers in relevant industry forums and with external stakeholders (e.g., TSOs, DSOs, regulators).

**What makes you stand out**
- Deep understanding of the energy ecosystem, including regulation, value chains, and market mechanisms (telco, balancing, trading, ancillary services).
- Proven experience in energy product development, ideally with exposure to telco energy needs and broader grid services.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset - ability to identify and develop innovative, value-adding products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing complex product development cycles.

**Must have**:

- University degree in engineering, business, or energy-related field.
- Accredited knowledge in energy systems, grid operations, and renewable technologies.
- Experience and/or certification in Agile, project management, and design thinking.
- Fluency in English (C1)

**Nice to have**:

- German and/or Spanish
- Master’s or MBA.
