We are looking for a world-class Growth Marketing Manager to become part of our HQ team. You'll be translating data into actionable insights that will make a massive impact on our business, while helping us to build a product that will disrupt the on-demand market. This amazing opportunity will allow you to drive the growth and scale of the project in the country, while coordinating a talented team to make it happen.

**Growth Leadership & Analytics**:
- Define a global and consistent Glovo marketing strategy (promotional, pricing, growth, channels (online, web, offline, organic, inorganic)) at the level that supports our growth and P&L ambitions-
- Track and monitor key Growth and Content metrics that inform the success of products and communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention to detail- Establish a shared vision across the departments for growth optimisations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product/operational improvements- Engage with global and local stakeholders to make sure we achieve our growth ambitions i.e. global product & BMS team, local heads and marketing managers and understand the impact- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of the brand's portfolio to deliver on the growth goals but also to support in building relevance, retention, among target consumers while fitting our operators needs- Actively collaborate with your colleagues (supply chain, operations, international) and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing growth preferably in digital platforms, on-demand delivery industry or other e-commerce businesses (web is a plus)- Proven track record of building a marketing strategies, experienced budgeting and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels- Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges- World-class consumer understanding skills- Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs- Passionate about insights, continuous learning, and how important data analysis and reporting are to the overall success of the business- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
