Desde Marlex Human Capital, estamos colaborando con una agencia global de marketing y engagement que actualmente precisan incorporar un/a **Project Assistant** experto en el sistema** Amadeus**.

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**

En dependencia del responsable del departamento de eventos y meetings, sus principales funciones son:

- Manejo y gestión diaria del programa Amadeus
- Planificación y organización de viajes de negocios, congresos y eventos
- Emisión y reservas de billetes de avión y tren
- Contacto y seguimiento con el cliente para la programación de los viajes

**Al perfil seleccionado se le ofrece**:

- Formar parte de un proyecto en expansión
- Contrato indefinido
- Horario flexible con opción a teletrabajo
- Salario a convenir según experiência y conocimientos aportados
- Dominio muy alto del Sistema Amadeus
- Experiência previa, mínimo 3 años, en agencias de viaje
- Se valora positivamente conocimientos en el paquete Office
- Eres una persona detallista, autonoma y resolutiva
