Importante empresa de software y que está teniendo crecimiento a nível internacional está en búsqueda de Performance Marketing Manager responsable de la captación de clientes B2B a través de la gestión eficaz de la campaña de marketing de pago (paid search, paid social, affiliates, display, video, etc.).

Estarías reportando directamente al Head of Performance y estarás formando parte del equipo de marketing apoyando a un equipo de diferentes países y en crecimiento.

Funciones:

- Medir el rendimiento del canal y determinar la mejor manera de asignar la inversión en marketing entre las oportunidades competitivas.
- Desempeñar un papel estratégico en la captación de nuevos clientes y la consecución de objetivos empresariales clave.
- Gestión diaria de las campañas de marketing de pago (Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads): planificación, desarrollo de estrategias, configuración de cuentas, ejecución y análisis.
- Seguimiento y optimización del ROI de las campañas, gestión del presupuesto, plazos y recomendación de modificaciones en el gasto publicitario y la selección de canales.
- Comunicación con el equipo de desarrollo de ventas y más con el fin de mejorar las campañas y el ROI.

- Hablar español e inglés de forma fluida. - Mínimo 3 años de experiência trabajando previamente en un puesto similar y si es en empresas B2B y de SaaS es muy valorable. - Capacidad analítica y de interpretar datos complejos a través de Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Linkedin Ads, etc. - Experiência gestionando campañas de PPC con presupuestos elevados. - Tener buenas habilidades comunicativas. - Capacidad de trabajar en equipo. - Facilidad identificando nuevas plataformas, herramientas y sistemas para mejorar el rendimiento.
