Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Advertising) who can own BizAway’s advertising vision while staying deeply involved in execution. This is a key role for our growth: you will define, together with the Global Marketing Manager, how we invest, test, scale, and optimize paid channels globally and locally to drive high-quality B2B lead generation.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning strategy, numbers, and results, and who thrives in a SaaS, B2B, performance-oriented environment.Your role in BizAway Define and own BizAway’s global advertising strategy for lead generation, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager Define and own BizAway’s global advertising strategy for brand awareness, in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager and the Brand Marketing Manager Actively run and optimize paid campaigns together with the support of the marketing team Build and manage forecasting-based advertising plans, aligning investment with business and pipeline goals Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, working with monthly and quarterly KPIs Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics and clear performance frameworks Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, lead quality, and scalability Be the main owner of B2B paid channels , with a strong focus on:Google Ads and other search-based platformsSocial AdsAdditional paid channels Proactively identify gaps in creative and messaging, and request new content or assets to maximize campaign performance Test, validate, and scale new advertising channels and opportunities, both locally and globally Work closely with content, brand, and other teams to ensure strong alignment between messaging, creatives, and performance goals Your basic qualifications:  Strong experience as an Advertising / Performance Marketing Manager in a SaaS and B2B environment Proven track record managing online advertising campaigns at scale Deep expertise in Google Ads, Social Ads, and other major paid platforms Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, and forecasting Solid experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets Used to working with monthly and quarterly KPIs and performance reviews Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution Comfortable working in fast-growing, international environments Fluent in English (fluent in Spanish is a plus) We are also interested in: Experience scaling paid acquisition in international markets Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to move fast and iterate Experience connecting advertising performance to pipeline and revenue impact Proactive attitude and strong ownership over results Curiosity and willingness to continuously explore new channels, formats, and approaches Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact bu Our offer: ️ A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth Attractive compensation, including equity in the company Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decision Multicultural and international team Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together  Flexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and great offices in Europe.
