According to our philosophy "everything from one source", we constantly develop new and innovative strategies to ensure our market leadership.**Your challenge**: - Responsibility for the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) project engineering including conception, design and planning for the entire MEP division - Cooperation with the Architectural and Biomedical Engineering Team, Site Team in coordination with the Project Manager - Managing M&E engineering within the projects (designing, dimensioning, tendering process) - Quality Management M&E Engineering - Management support for the projects **Your profile**: - Technical degree in Electro-mechanics Engineering (from university or a technical college) - At least 5 years professional experience in design and execution of projects in the health sector - Excellent language skills in Spanish, very good command of English, other languages are beneficial - Computer skills (ARCHICAD, AutoCAD, and specific design tools e.g. Caneco, Tekton 3D, Spreadsheet, MS Project, HAP, MC4, CYPE, dm ELECT and equivalent) - Familiar with international execution standards IEC, DIN, AFNOR, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc. - Excellent team working and communication skills - Self-confident, assertive and highly flexible - Intercultural competence - Precise and structured working style - High mobility and/or readiness to travel abroad (including longer international assignments) - Every day, we take responsibility for people in healthcare facilities.
