**Job Description**:
We're seeking a Learning Lead to join our amazing Talent Development Team. You will contribute to our purpose of creating an ecosystem of development where Adevintans can learn and unlearn quickly, deploying the best version of themselves, and contributing to the business in a way they would never have imagined before.

This role will be based in our Barcelona or Amsterdam office.

You will have four challenges ahead:

- Contributing to supporting the ownership of development.
- Creating the best learning experiences aligned with our business strategy and culture.
- Identifying the best partners to support the learning and development of Adevintans.
- Implementing and enhancing our Learning Managment System. You will work in coordination with the other two areas in Talent Development: Career development, performance, leadership and Talent Management.

**Qualifications**:
Advanced business consulting experience with the ability to translate business needs and priorities into deliverable learning objectives.

Customer-centric with a proven ability to confidently communicate with all levels of leadership.

Advanced program and change management skills required to implement/execute multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects on time and within budget.

Advanced program and change management skills required to implement/execute multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects on time and within budget.

Advanced experience in data collection and analysis for business impact reporting - especially evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick

Advanced proficiency in presenting and facilitating internal groups with varying audience sizes and leadership levels using online large scale interventions

Advanced experience designing and implementing learning experiences, programs, platforms and tools

Digital learning expert and instructional design knowledge / expertise - we will drive as much as possible through a digital first option: Expert in Learning technologies from Library content providers with LMS, LXP and Talent Marketplace

Expert in learning skills such as: Learning analytics, learning design, Socio-economic learning trends, Open world learning, Knowledge for professional learning, Accessibility to learning, Learning Assessment, Data Visualisation, Game-based Learning, Flipped learning, Learning to learn, Open Education/Open Educational Resources
