**Santander Consumer Finance **GS is looking for a Data Business Support Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**Santander Consumer Finance **focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Business Support SR Analyst, you will part of the Digital Consumer Bank project, three hubs emerged within Santander Consumer Finance aiming of standardizing tasks, generating synergies, and allowing the sharing of best practices quickly and efficiently.

In addition to the hubs, more related to the structural and organizational aspect of the initiative, when referring to the business model of SCF group, given the intensification of SCF's competitive environment, the need to expand the product portfolio to meet the new demands of consumers, both in the automotive and the unsecured business, arises.

For these reasons, we seek to strengthen the analytical team of SCF collections (HQ) to support local units in all these global initiatives.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Management of centralized databases to support Collections activity across SCF footprint and products array.
- Contribute to and support deployment of the Collections model commensurate to new business lines that SCF may explore.
- Conduct necessary testing, including UATs, prior to implementing any improvement(s) to systems or processes.
- Data cleansing and coordination of daily data exchange process with third parties including processing of CBU results (Financial & Operational).
- Set up Reporting framework incl. ad hoc analysis for supporting BAU collections management and consolidation.
- Back-office support and coordination among different CBUs (Collections Business Units) and local counterparts such us IT, Risk, Finance, among others.

EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience with Data Management and Data Mining Strong analytical and data skills Experience in retail / consumer banking business.

EDUCATION
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level of knowledge Excel, SAS, SQL. Any other programming language would be valuable.
- Good spoken and written English, any other language would be valuable.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Availability to travel.
