**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**

We are seeking a NetSuite Senior Consultant that follows NetSuite implementations and NetSuite enhacenments on Exclusive Networks markets.

**As a NetSuite Senior Consultant you will**:

- **Client Engagement**: Lead discovery sessions to understand EXN key users workflows, challenges, and business goals, translating these into tailored NetSuite solutions.
- **Solution Design**: Architect scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions to address key supply-chain needs, including inventory management, quoting, and supply chain optimization.
- **Implementation Oversight**: Drive full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- **Leadership & Mentorship**: Act as a trusted advisor to EXN markets and a mentor to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the NetSuite environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver exceptional results.
- Act as **IT Product Owner** for Sales area:
- **Accountable for the improvement of his/her assigned process**:

- **Define measures of success for process improvement**:

- **Prioritize initiatives**related to his processes across his theater, taking and triaging SME inputs
- **Drive delivery teams**to ensure development of optimizations
- **Drive local process owners**(e.g. local sales administrators) to ensure adoption down the line

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**

**The ideal**NetSuite Senior Consultant**:
**Essential skills and experience**:

- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 4 years experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
- Focus on Sales & Finance modules
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, reports and dashboards
- Solid understanding of supply-chain ditribution processes
- Fluent in English

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Financial and Sales background
- Basic understanding of SuiteScript
- Familiar with ITIL change management
- NetSuite Certification: Foundation and/or Administrator
