**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |**About the role**
We are seeking a NetSuite Junior Consultant that follows NetSuite implementations and NetSuite enhacenments on Exclusive Networks markets.
**As a NetSuite Junior Consultant you will**:
- Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into functional NetSuite solutions.
- Support the design, configuration, and customization of NetSuite workflows and reports.
- Help with data migration and integration between NetSuite and other business systems.
- Provide first-level support during implementations, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to ensure successful knowledge transfer to clients.
- Assist in creating detailed documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the NetSuite environment.
- Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver exceptional results.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you**
**The ideal**NetSuite Junior Consultant**:
**Essential skills and experience**:
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience working with ERP systems or in a consulting role.
- Proficiency in Excel and Numbers is required; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory management, and sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work under guidance and meet project deadlines.
- Fluent in English
**Preferred skills and experience**:
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (coursework, internships, or previous jobs).
- Experience in business analysis and/or budgeting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or SuiteScript.
- Experience in the supply-chain distribution or a regulated industry.
