**Job Purpose**
To communicate complex scientific data, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and provide strategic support for the company's medical and scientific objectives. Through engagement, education, and collaboration, the MSL has to ensure that healthcare professionals have the knowledge and insights needed to optimize patient care and outcomes.Based in Madrid to cover Madrid, Valencia, Castilla la Mancha & Castilla León.**Key Responsibilities**
- To serve as scientific reference for the medical community in the specialties of **urology and psychiatry**, fostering effective communication between the organization and healthcare professionals.
- Establish **trust-based relationships** with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Promote effective collaboration between **sales, marketing and medical departments.**:
- Develop presentations for healthcare professionals, emphasizing the **implications, benefits, and characteristics** of the products.
- Provide training to the sales and marketing team on the scientific issues concerning the products.
**Required Education**
- **University degree** in Health Sciences (medicine, pharmacy or related fields) Postgraduate in Health Sciences is a plus.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Medical Science Liaison
- Previous experience in psychiatry, urology, or oncology is essential
- Proven ability to build **strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders**.
- Ability to search, analyze, and present **clinical/scientific information** to diverse audiences.
- Excellent **interpersonal skills** and strong team-working abilities.
- **Willingness to travel.**
**Required Languages**
- Proficiency in **English**.
