JR-5668 - Madrid - Lawyer in Training - Permanent **Job Description**: We are seeking to recruit an excellent _abogado/a_ with between 1 and 2 year's professional experience in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area of a prestigious law firm to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Madrid. We provide advice to protect our clients' position in the event of possible future disputes of a civil, commercial or criminal law nature, intervening in the areas of risk evaluation and dispute resolution strategies. We represent our clients in both court (civil and criminal jurisdictions) and arbitration proceedings. Our practice also involves specialisms in white-collar crime, insolvency proceedings and intellectual and industrial property disputes. **The Team** Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Madrid, comprising three partners (all leading practitioners in their field), one counsel and nine associates, has been consistently highly ranked over the years. **Qualifications**: We would like to hear from outstanding Spanish _abogados_ with between 1 and 2 year's professional experience in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area of a prestigious law firm to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Madrid. You will have a fluent command of both oral and written English, an excellent academic record and be used to dealing with international clients. You should be technically rigorous, have first class drafting ability, highly developed analytical and project management skills and a common sense approach to resolving issues. Conscious of the importance of generating results, you will be proactive, client focused and service-oriented, even when under pressure.
